Every parcel ships with tracking. You will see each scan from our warehouse to your door.
Tracking can stay quiet for 2–4 days during the flight to Europe and customs. That is expected.

If the order still says confirmed, it is being packed. Packing takes 1–5 business days. A tracking email follows when the parcel ships.

Delivery
Your national post delivers, usually 7–15 business days after dispatch. Once the parcel is in your country you can follow the same number on their site.
