What to expect
Every parcel ships with tracking. You will see each scan from our warehouse to your door.
Tracking can stay quiet for 2–4 days during the flight to Europe and customs. That is expected.

Use the Order number field above with the email on your order. You can also open the order from your confirmation email, or sign in with that email.
If the order still says confirmed, it is being packed. Packing takes 1–3 business days. A tracking email follows when the parcel ships.

On its way
The parcel flies to Europe and clears customs. Tracking can stay quiet for 2–4 days here. That is normal.
Delivery
A carrier in your country delivers, usually 7–10 business days after preparation. The tracking number can change once the parcel reaches Europe. Track your order always shows the latest status.
Who delivers
A local carrier in your country delivers the last stretch, such as GOFO or DHL. Which one depends on the route your parcel takes.
