These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DOVAIRE online store at dovairestudios.com and related Shopify storefronts operated by DOVAIRE (together, the “Site”).
By browsing or purchasing from the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Overview
DOVAIRE offers apparel and related products for sale online. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and DOVAIRE.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
Online store account
You may be invited to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
Provide accurate contact and shipping information and update it when it changes. We may suspend or close accounts that appear abusive, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms.
Products and descriptions
We aim to present products accurately, including imagery and descriptions.
Colours and finishes can vary slightly due to screen settings and production batches. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted and paid.
We may limit quantities, discontinue items, or correct listings without prior notice.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. DOVAIRE may accept or decline an order for reasons including stock limits, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions.
If we cancel a paid order that we cannot fulfil, we will refund amounts paid for the cancelled items.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed on the Site and are confirmed at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude import duties and taxes that your local authorities may charge.
Payment methods offered at checkout are processed through secure providers. You authorise us (and our payment processors) to charge the selected method for the total shown, including any shipping charges displayed before purchase.

Risk of loss typically passes according to the carrier’s terms after dispatch. You must ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site—including the DOVAIRE name, logos, product designs, photography, graphics, and text—is owned by DOVAIRE or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit Site content or DOVAIRE trademarks without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the Site.
Optional tools
We may provide access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor control.
Use of optional tools is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and is subject to the terms of the third-party providers.
Third-party links
The Site may include links to external websites or services. DOVAIRE does not endorse and is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
Visiting linked sites is at your own risk.
Shopify platform
Our storefront is hosted on Shopify Inc. Your purchase contract for products is with DOVAIRE, not with Shopify.
Shopify provides the e-commerce technology; Shopify is not a party to the sale between you and DOVAIRE, except as described in Shopify’s own terms for platform use.

By using the Site, you acknowledge that policy.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Please read it before requesting a return.
Feedback
If you send ideas, reviews, or suggestions to DOVAIRE, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that feedback to improve our products and services, without obligation to compensate you, unless required by law or a separate written agreement.
Errors and inaccuracies
Occasionally the Site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product details, pricing, or availability.
We reserve the right to correct errors and to update or cancel orders if information was incorrect, including after an order has been submitted.
Prohibited uses
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Violate any law
- Infringe others’ rights
- Transmit malware or harmful code
- Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or data
- Interfere with Site security or performance
- Submit false or misleading information
- Harvest personal data of other users
We may investigate and take appropriate action, including reporting to authorities where warranted.
Termination
We may refuse service, restrict access, or terminate your use of the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or misused the Site.

Except where prohibited by law, the Site and products are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DOVAIRE and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or products.
Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid to DOVAIRE for that order, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DOVAIRE and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Courts in the Netherlands shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
